What is the Average Delivery Time?

  • Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days.
  • For interior or remote locations, delivery may take 8-12 working days.

Shipping & Cash on Delivery (COD)

What are the Cash on Delivery (COD) charges?

A flat ₹70 COD charge is applicable on all COD orders.

Are there any Shipping Charges?

  • Orders below ₹399: A shipping fee of ₹100 is applicable.
  • Orders ₹399 and above: Shipping is free (unless otherwise specified)

Is COD available on all orders?

No. COD is not available on orders below ₹399. For orders under ₹399, only prepaid payment options are available on the website.

Returns & Refunds

What is the Brand’s Refund Policy?

We accept returns and replacements within 7 days of delivery only for:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items
  • Damaged products
  • Expired products

Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund. Indulgeo Essentials is not responsible for damage after delivery.

What is the Exchange Policy?

Exchanges are accepted if:

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging

  • Exchange requests are subject to verification
  • Damage due to misuse or skin sensitivity is not covered
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If return/exchange is due to personal choice, reverse pickup will be charged ₹90

What is the Return Policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only for unopened products
  • Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned
  • Reverse pickup (if arranged by us) will be charged ₹90

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be resold.
