When will the reward points be updated on my account?
The reward points will be updated on your account as soon as your order is delivered to you. You will be able to use the points for your next purchase once the first order is delivered to you.

To check the balance/ expiry date of your points, log in to your account and go to your account details then click on reward points for all the information.
How do I redeem my points for purchasing products?
You can redeem your Indulgeo Gold Club points against your order value on the check out page. Please ensure that you’re logged in with your registered account to use your previously earned points If you have gold points more than the value of your order then you will be given an option to use your gold points or pay via anther mode of payment. For example, you have 1000 gold points but your order value is Rs 500, then you will be given an option to use your gold points or pay via anther mode of payment. If your gold points are less than your order value then they are automatically redeemed on your order and the remaining amount can be paid via any mode of payment. For example, you have 500 gold points but your order value is Rs 1000, in this case 500 points will be automatically redeemed and the remaining value, ie, Rs 500 can be paid through any mode of payment.
What is the validity of my Indulgeo Gold Club membership?
Membership of the Indulgeo Gold Club is lifetime however if you do not redeem your points within 12 months then the points will expire and can not be redeemed.
How do I protect my reward points from expiring?
Please use your membership points at least once within 12 months otherwise they’ll expire and you will not be able to redeem them.
