Terms & Conditions- Affiliate

 

PLEASE READ THIS MARKETING AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.

This is a contract between you (the “Affiliate”) and us (“Indulgeo Essentials”). It describes how we will work together and other aspects of our business relationship. It is a legal document but we have tried to make it as readable as possible.

The Marketing Affiliate Program Agreement applies to your participation in our Marketing Affiliate Program (the “Affiliate Program”). These terms are so important that we cannot have you participate in our Affiliate Program unless you agree to them. We may update these terms. We might also choose to replace these terms in their entirety if, for example, the Affiliate Program changes or ends. If we update or replace the terms we will let you know via email.

Definitions:

• “Indulgeo Affiliate” means a company owned, operated or controlled by Indulgeo Essentials
• “Marketing Affiliate Program” means our marketing affiliate program as described in this Agreement.
• “Affiliate Code” means the unique code that you promote through social media or any other channels.
• “Commission” means an amount described in the Program for each Customer Transaction.
• “Customer” means the actual user of our Products who has purchased the products.
• "We", "us", “our”, and “Indulgeo” means Indulgeo Essentials.
• “You” and “Affiliate” means the party, other than us, entering into this Agreement and participating in the Affiliate Program.

AGREED COMMISSION PER AFFILIATE: 15% OF THE SALES GENERATED

STANDARD DELIVERABLES: One story set per week (If desired, creators may choose to produce supplementary content, such as a reel or additional story sets. Additionally, affiliates are encouraged to share their coupon code/link with family and friends for circulation purposes)

1 story set includes 2+ talking stories, in which the affiliate will explain the benefits of the product and how is the product helping them.

Non-Exclusivity

This Agreement does not create an exclusive agreement between you and us. Both you and we will have the right to recommend similar products and services of third parties and to work with other parties in connection with similar services and products of third parties.

Customer Transactions

- The unique code provided will be valid on the entire inventory and not a specific product.

- For you to be eligible for commission, the transaction between the customers using the code/link and us will have to be complete. In this case, the transaction refers to delivery of the order, payment completion and the passing of 7 days where no complaint is received from the customer.

- If the order is rejected/returned at the time of delivery the commision will be auto-debited from your dashboard.

Commission and payment

In order to receive the payment under this affiliate program you must: 

1. i) agree to the terms and conditions mentioned 
2. ii) have a valid and up to date bank transfer payment method.

- We will be calculating the amount of commission as per the percentage (15%) decided previously on the sale made via your link. We will not be paying more than one commission payment or any other similar referral fee against one customer transaction. We reserve the right to alter or change the commission percent. But the same will be conveyed to you prior to making the change through an email.

You’ll receive a link to our sale calendar so that you can plan your promotions accordingly.

- You will not be eligible if: 

1. i) the order is placed but the transaction does not go through, the order is canceled and a refund has to be provided, the delivery is rejected and a refund has to be provided. 
2. ii) The Customer has paid or will pay such commissions, referral fees, or other compensation directly to you. 

- You will only be eligible for a commission generated through the unique code/link provided. The record of the same is made on our website backend and you can track your progress through the affiliate dashboard.

- As specified above, you can track your progress through the affiliate dashboard, and the payment of the previous month would be made by the 15th of every month (once we check if there are any return/refund cases of the people who shopped using your unique code/link)

- The unique discount code/link provided to you cannot be combined with any other discount code but you will still be able to generate sales and revenue during our sales and festive offers through your unique code/link.

REFERRAL PERKS

Our Referral Campaign offers you the opportunity to refer potential affiliates to Indulgeo Essentials.

Each referred affiliate who signs up for the program will be tracked through a unique referral link provided to you.

Referral Commissions:

For every successful referral you make, you will be rewarded with a generous 20% commission based on the earnings of the referred individual. Please note this is a lifetime recurring commission that you will receive. Your commission will be 20% of the referred person's total earnings. This is in addition to your own 15% sales earnings, giving you the opportunity to earn a substantial reward for each qualified referral. It's our way of saying thank you for bringing new customers to our platform and helping us grow. Start referring today and watch your commissions add up!

For example,

Let's say your friend signs up using your referral link and starts working with us through the affiliate program. After a month, your friend generates sales worth ₹1,00,000/- and earns a total of ₹15,000/- (15% of sales) from this.

Now, because you referred your friend, you are entitled to a referral commission of 20% of their earnings. In this case, your commission would be 20% of ₹15,000/- which is ₹3,000 (20% of referral individual’s earnings) 

So, just by referring your friend and helping him/her join the platform, your additional lifetime earning starts. As long as, your friend keeps generating sales, you'll keep receiving commission (even if you don't push your own unique link) You can refer as many people you want to join the program and earn additional commission from each referral.

This referral program is a win-win situation for both you and your friends. Your friends get to join a great platform, while you get rewarded for bringing new talent to the platform.

Term and Termination

- Term: This Agreement will apply for as long as you participate in the Affiliate Program, until terminated.

- Termination without Cause: Both you and we may terminate this Agreement on fifteen (15) days written notice.

- Termination for Agreement Changes: If we update or replace the terms of this Agreement, you may terminate this Agreement on five (5) days written notice to us, provided that you send us written notice within ten (10) days after we send you notice of the change.

- Termination for Cause: We may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days’ mark from the date of inception. The date of inception will be marked by the delivery of the code on your email. We may also terminate this agreement if we track no activity for a period of 30 days through your unique link. 

General

- We and our affiliated companies and agents make no representations or warranties about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security or accuracy of the Indulgeo Essentials’ products

- Both you and we agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of this Agreement.

- You will not assign or transfer this Agreement, including any assignment or transfer by reason of merger, reorganization, sale of all or substantially all of its assets, change of control or operation of law, without our prior written consent.

- Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any person or entity (other than the parties hereto) any right, benefit or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement.

We grant to you only the rights and licenses expressly stated in this Agreement, and you receive no other rights or licenses with respect to us, Indulgeo Essentials, our trademarks, or any other property or right of ours.
