Refund & Return Policy

At Indulgeo Essentials, we strive to give you the best possible shopping experience. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, returns and refunds are governed strictly by the policy outlined below.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

a. Order Not Delivered

If the order is not delivered due to issues attributable to us or our delivery partners.

b. Damaged Product on Delivery

If the order is received in a damaged condition, the customer must:

-Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

-Share clear photo or video proof of the damaged product and outer packaging

Intimation must be made through any one of the following official channels:

❗ Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange.

c. RTO (Return to Origin)

If the order is returned to us by the courier partner due to non-delivery.

d. Order Cancelled Before Delivery

If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch or delivery.


2. Payment Modes Eligible for Refund

Refunds are processed only for prepaid or partially prepaid orders, including payments made via:

-Credit / Debit Cards

-Net Banking

-UPI

-Payment gateways such as SimplePay, LazyPay, and Snapmint

-Partial COD orders (where a portion of the amount has been prepaid)

🔹 For Partial COD orders, only the prepaid amount is eligible for refund in case of non-delivery.

🔹 Pure Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (without any prepaid amount) are not eligible for refunds.

All refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original mode of payment.


3. Customer-Initiated Returns (Sealed Products Only)

Customers may request a return only under the following conditions:

-Product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging

-Seal must not be broken

-Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Return Charges

-A ₹90 return handling / pickup charge will be applicable


4. Refund Process for Customer-Initiated Returns

-Returned products are subject to quality and packaging inspection upon receipt

-If the product is verified as sealed, unused, and in resaleable condition:

1. The refundable amount (after deducting ₹90) will be credited to the Indulgeo Wallet

-Wallet credits:

1. Are valid for 1 year from the date of credit

2. Can be used for future purchases only

3. Are non-transferable and non-refundable to bank accounts


5. Refund Timeline

-Refunds and wallet credits are initiated only after verification and approval

-Bank refunds (where applicable) may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank


6. Important Notes

-Products that are opened, used, tampered with, or not in original sealed condition are not eligible for return or refund

-Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons

-Indulgeo Essentials is not responsible for damage after delivery

-Shipping charges are non-refundable

-Refunds and returns are governed strictly by this policy

-Indulgeo Essentials reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request if policy conditions are not met


For all refund or return-related queries, please contact us with your order ID and supporting proof, where applicable.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
